It is a great house, I love it, and built it in 2008. But we have outgrown it and need more space. We have purchased a new house and selling the one we live in now. The reason I have made this thread is that I put a little camera in the house so I could watch and listen to people tour the home. Here are some things I have heard so far.

Great back yard and lot is probably the top compliment.
Kids tear up stuff
Blinds are bad - they are not.
Master Bath is great
Master bath is not great
Kitchen is tiny,
Kitchen has lots of space and storage
Big closets - which is true they are big
Lots of storage
He has the newest Xbox
Nice porch
Nice deck
Gotta replace all the carpets. _ think they are fine, my wife doesn't


So far we have 1 offer 20k over ask. It will get shown over the weekend with 2 open houses. Hopefully we will get a few more offers. I would be satisfied to take the one offer we have though.

In NC right now every house on the market is getting 50k over asking price. Interest rates this low are creating an insane bubble.

Fescue dies in the winter grows back in the spring. It is actually a great yard.
Siding is full brick with stone accent on the front. Second floor is vinyl siding on the outside.

310 to build in 08. 20 minutes from most jobs in my area. From places to eat 2 minutes.

If you own the property in question, you have the right to record your guests, including recording them on security cameras they might not know about. However, you should not record guests in private areas, including bathrooms and the bedrooms where they sleep while staying with you.
