In many countries it's even illegal (the sexual act itself, not only the marriage). Most of the European countries i think, actually.

All your counter-arguments are valid as far as I can see it, so I guess you are right.

An interesting result of argument 2 in particular is that everyone should be obliged to ensure that their potential child is born as healthy as possible - which might result in people with genetic disorders not having the moral right of reproducing or everyone having to test their fetuses/potentially abort if there's any major genetic error.

It is precisely in questioning basic moral assumptions that we allow ourselves to refine and improve the implicit moral code of society.

Extrapolating that study to say all homophobes are secretly gay was never the intention of the study nor the natural conclusions it drew. Furthermore, incest isn't anywhere near the same thing as homosexuality which is a sexual orientation while the former is just an attraction to one member of the entire human species. You can't only be attracted to your kin.
