You can get a lot of them in a single playthrough in theory, but it would require going from neutral, to hero/infamous, then all the way to the other side. It takes a while to get from just neutral to hero.
There's probably a creative way using previous save games to complete it as a hero, then reload, spend hours on becoming evil, and then beating it again. You could do the same with the good/evil scenarios. Most likely easier to play through twice.

I mentioned it in the buy/trade/sell thread. I'll be going away for the weekend so I won't have time to play until next week anyway...plus I'm getting a new copy as a gift next week. 7 is not good for Eurogamer. That's a myth. EG's average score is 6.5. The average GameRankings's site average is 7.

:lol Who's defending EG? I was the main one questioning that they had a non-MGS fan review MGS4 which was 8 hours of fan service. I also didnt get why Fable 2 got a 10 but I didnt exactly "care". I have been playing the demo for the first time tonight.
Graphics are a bit rough around the edges (you can take this literally in this case). There's quite a lot of pop-in and framerate is definately dipping in some places. Still, for an open world game, they do fine for me. The electrical effects are well done and quite comic-book alike. Sound is ok. Haven't heard much music yet though. Cut-scenes look awesome.
Controls are great. Sometimes Cole grips into something you didn't intend but that's a minor thing. And i definately had that "one more go" feeling while playing. There's something in there that makes playing this game fun. Easy and good controls.
Still not sure if i should buy this or not. Feeling generally positive about it but i'm still wondering if it won't became tedious after a while. A lot depends on the story and the variation in missions which are difficult to judge from this demo. I'm inclined to go ahead and buy though.

And I think that people need to learn to be okay with this. A game can be a blast to play, be a QUALITY game, but only be "slightly above average" in the grand scheme of things. We've become too conditioned to only wanting 9s and 10s that it gets to the point where the scores basically become redundant, and the only think that really matters is the metacritic average, which is sad, and pointless.RedRedSuit said:

In this case, their score isnt even the main problem. It is just the ridiculousness of their 'opinions' and some factual inaccuracies... par for the course for EG.

BC aint bad, but I was not talking about big games, but IGN and GS do review a lot more shoveware. Also, lets take Wolverine EG gave it a 5, GS a 7, and IGN a 7.8. for Velvet Assassin, EG gave it a 4, IGN a 5, and GS a 7.5. Demo was quite good, felt exactly what I was expecting, Crackdown-esc in terms of open-world fun but no driving, which isn't a huge loss because you move nice and quick.
One thing though, that bitch took ages to install. As long as it took to download the 1.2 gigs. Quite frustrating.
Anyway, basically looking forward to inFamous.

Because what they say is contradicted by the statistical mean. I mean, GameSpot also says their 7 range is "good." But what does that even mean? It's average, scoring a little higher than their average game. The number doesn't lie. You can call it what you want, but it's not true to say that EG's 7 is worth more than, say, IGN's 7. So if EG's 7 is "good," then so is IGN's 7, which I doubt many people would claim.

General consumers (NOT Gaffers :lol ) read reviews to get information and recommendation. Eurogamer gives wrong information and ambiguous recommendation. Jim's review which he linked to a little while back in this thread was MUCH better in both regards.

You're not taking in to account the amount of bullshit shovelware IGN review, as well as their general inconstancy across the generations of gaming. Saying that an IGN 7 is mathematically the same as a EG 7 is factually inaccurate. If you were to take a sampling of all the games that both IGN and EG have reviewed (and not the ones that IGN has covered but EG hasn't), I think you'd find that the IGN average is significantly higher.RedRedSuit said:

Check out the PSNation Podcast as well. They give out some good impressions for inFAMOUS, and one of them agrees with J*****q that inFAMOUS is the best superhero game he's ever played. They also said its one of the few games where they cant stop playing, and a game which makes them sit on a couch for hours with a stupid grin on their face.
