You sure missed out, this is why I like being good more. It's because of the tracking Megawatt hammer. I shoot 4 in the air and let it rain down on my enemies.

And on top of that you have the max bolt upgrade which is free health, while the max grenade upgrade is free XP as well (For theBallistictiger said:You sure missed out, this is why I like being good more. There was a mission where I could have zapped a dude who was giving me 1 shard instead of 5, since I was on my Hero run I hope it's not because of that.
Also, how the fuck are you supposed to zap and thunder drop the same dude while being in the air.

Shards you get during missions have nothing to do with the 350 for the trophy. You're going to have to keep looking. There are a few shard maps in this thread or on google. All of the ones I missed were along the banks/piers of the islands. When searching, I recommend blocking the city off into small 1 square block segments and thoroughly searching each one.Raist said:5 shard missing, and I've roamed around every single square centimeter

1. Max out your thunder drop radius (not necessary but it helps). Also, how the fuck are you supposed to zap and thunder drop the same dude while being in the air.

This was my last Trophy to get before the Platinum. I think it's pretty impossible without trying to milk it. What I did was go back to a previous save to the Rescue mission (which involves rescuing the people from the train). It's probably the best time to have a large concentration of enemies while you are on a train. I'd kill a bunch of guys, get to near the end, suicide and repeat until it unlocked.No45 said:I'm struggling with the Casey Jones trophy at the moment. I still have to activate the train in the Historic District on this playthrough, I assume I'm best to just abuse that mission?

As for that stunt, just jump off a medium-height building when you see enemies on the ground doing a shootout. It was a difficult stunt but fortunately you'll be provided with opportunities until the end of the game. I'm stuck on the "shockwave 3 enemies off a roof" one, which by endgame is nearly impossible. I managed to get 3 reapers herded into corner using upgrade Shield and shocked them off the building... but got nothing. I've noticed that since maxing out shockwave the High Fall bonuses have kinda ceased, so I'm probably going to have to get that trophy during my Evil run.
Out of curiosity, is there any sort of stat page? I've looked and looked but don't see anything, and I'd like to know how many more people I need to heal (because I could swear I've healed far more than 250). I'm also assuming there's no way to know how many shards are left on each island (346 down)?
It reminded me of the old city in MGS4. I can't remember the location, but you have theAltogetherAndrews said:Going back to the argument of wanting to see a more focused, linear effort from Sucker Punch next, the foggy beginnings of the Historic District are down right beautiful. Beautiful designed and detailed texture work (something the game hasn't gotten nearly enough credit for), great atmosphere, and the flaws in the image quality are non-issues due to the density and lack of distant detail. They really nailed that, and I was a bit bummed when the fog cleared.
They definitely didn't count for me. They increased my power bar but not my progress towards the 350.Raist said:Er, mission shards do count. I've started hunting for them after I maxed out my power bar, and as soon as I got some for completing those missions, my total count wa updated.
Just found 2 in the prison, 3 left :| And yeah, I've already ran around all islands, starting from the shores, and circling everything. Oh well.

FFObsessed said:They increased the count towards your power upgrade, not towards the total 350 shards scattered around the city. They don't count. I also missed those by not zapping the guy, and got all 350.
And you call yourself a Doctor...
They don't, but your total thus far still pops up any time you interact with shards.Raist said:So how come they did increase my total count then?

When I did not zap the guy, he gave me one shard, and my count was increased, I'm sure about that. But I guess there are evil missions where you also lose some shards, so it balances out.
No, when you've hit max power nodes or whatever the "3XX/350" bar will appear when you do a mission where you get shards, but the actual number is not moving up.Raist said:LIES.

ilanna said:Ugh, don't remind of the stunt! That trophy was hard to get, it should have been a gold trophy, oh and the rockhound trophy as well! They're both harder than hard playthrough!
So, for red baron trophy how do you kill them?? Would it count if you kill them with shockwave? Like, reapers for example on the first island so after you upgrade shockwave, would it kill them while they are in the air?
I found all of the trophies in this game easy but time consuming.mrbagdt said:Is it strange that I got the Stunt trophy quite easily on my first playthrough (almost certainly by luck)? I really didn't see the difficulty in it, so I'm thinking I got really lucky :lol
Well, they weren't really that hard, but I did find the "right back at ya" with the grenade tough since there aren't many grenade launchers in the game and the one I did come across always committed suicide by jumping off the tower, I had to abandon the mission and restart 20+ times and keep my distance so he wouldn't back off and kill himself in the process by slipping off the edge, took me a while to get it.mrbagdt said:Is it strange that I got the Stunt trophy quite easily on my first playthrough (almost certainly by luck)? Have a nice fall? That's cake! Read my post above! But don't do this if you're doing your moral playthrough because you can't purchase all the moral upgrades if you do an immoral side mission.Second said:Still 20 shards to go!

I haven't finished any of the side missions in the Historic District, just to get that stunt..
You can always go back. The only missions that get locked out are good/evil missions depending on which you choose.TheFallen said:So quick question, do you get locked out of any of the side missions by progressing through the story? I've left 12 in the first island, and I'm curious if I can go back later.
In the end I just started the El Train mission in the Historic District, killed everyone until you reach the first barrier of cars then abandon the mission (Which dumps you nicely back at the mission start point. Repeat a couple of times, and done nice and easy.blindrocket said:This was my last Trophy to get before the Platinum. I think it's pretty impossible without trying to milk it. So far, GOTY 2009 and one of the top 5 games I've played this gen easily.
The count to new battery stops around 290 and every extra is pretty much worthless, lets just say that. That is why it doesn't count and it doesn't count towards the 350 shards.Raist said:LIES.
