Injustice 2 Roster Discussion & Speculation Thread

Awesome! This thread keeps getting overshadowed by everything else now that the beta is over. Makes me sad
. Since the UUDD show has obvious ties to wrestling I predict either Bane or Black Adam (since the Rock is playing him). I liked the GAF written character dialogue from earlier so I figured we should start a trend and write dialogue for characters we want in the game as DLC!
CONSTANTINE
JC: "Hey Bats, how about you breathe easy for once and let me handle Superman?"
BATMAN: "Maybe if you quit smoking you'd be able to take your own advice."
JC: "Funny, coming from the bloke who gives all the lads magic drugs."
JC: "Go to Hell, Clark."
SUPERMAN: "Harsh words spoken from a mere mortal to a god."
JC: "No, I mean I have a spell and I'm literally going to send you to Hell."
ATROCITUS: "RAGE IS STRONGER THAN WIT, HUMAN."
JC (mock yelling): "I'D BE MAD TOO IF NOBODY TOOK ME UP ON MY RING OFFERS."
ATROCITUS: "THAT'S THE SPIRIT!"
I'll try to think of more later if anyone even reads these haha. And feel free to join in.

I'm having a hard time keeping up to date with the thread, Zelda is stealing most of my attention. The beta was great for discussion because there was so much information to share.
Haha yeah Horizon is taking all my time up at the moment. Almost bought a switch from a friend but don't have the money so he's going to eBay with it
. Hopefully come Friday the Injustice info train will come barreling into GAF! I think we might get Shattered Alliances part 2 soon if they're doing these reveals so close to one another.pock3tmonster

I briefly played Horizon, just long enough to complete the prologue and a bunch of quests. Awesome game, totally going to steal my time once I'm done with Zelda. Need to complete both before Injustice 2 hits.
I think I'm at 25 percent complete and I've played Horizon a ridiculous amount so far. I don't think there's a way to check how many hours I've played within the game so far but I'd really like to know. I think Horizon alone can bide enough time between here and IJ2s launch haha.
I don't see how there's enough hours in the day for that haha.

I sold my PS4 but Horizon looks amazing might get a pro at Christmas.
Can check your horizon hours when doing manual saves. Got my plat for it yesterday and going to dive into Nier soon woo!
How was the plat? I might go for it if the trophies aren't too bad
I thought it was pretty easy tbh. Can get maps for the collectables so finding them isn't hard.

The Shattered Alliances Part 2 trailer is coming on Thursday. It'll probably feature someone like Green Lantern as the character reveal.

Yeah when i saw that art i knew Part 2 is gonna be this week.
Green Lantern, Flash or Scarecrow in it are my bets with Green Lantern the biggest chance.

I think they've gotten an overhaul to their movesets probably. Which I'm all for and makes their return more exciting. I know in the mobile game Flash has a move now that's like his B3 but a lightning bolt comes out of his feet hahaha.

The bearded douche Aquaman is the official Injustice universe Aquaman.
I bet its gonna be like MKX with the undead characters.
In Story mode he is bearded douche Aquaman from start to end.
In the select screen his default is gonna be shaved good guy Aquaman who has nothing to do with the story at all.
That's very likely the Gear Stream they talked about.

Today in an interview Ed Boon said the roster is thirty-plus characters.
A hands-on article said the same thing last week. I'm hoping for the best.

Remember him saying it also at E3. Also at this time before release the MKX roster size we saw on the select screen was pretty much the final one.

Probably around 9 or so. The last couple of reveals have popped up during my commute to work and I usually get to my job at 9:30.

All the IGN reveals were much later while the other videos like Part 1 were not.
