What's a good dB level to normalize our custom ringtones to so that they're about even (maybe a tad louder) than the built-in ringtones? I hate having a built-in ringtone on one person and have the ringer adjusted for its level and then having one of the custom ringtones on and nearly blow the speaker out of the iPhone.
I could use some help here too. I found this article about it:

How do you turn an mp3 file into m4a though? Do I just rename it or do I need to convert it with something?
