I actually think it tends to be underrated as a side. A lot of people won't touch it at all if it comes with their sandwich or something.

But that said, it's not like fries or other sides where it's pretty good regardless of the quality. Good coleslaw is amazing but bad coleslaw is disgusting. That pre-packaged vinegary shit. If you're offering coleslaw it should be house made
