The TOS is just a guideline. The way I see it you don't say or do anything that would disgust and upset your mother. That's how GAF has rolled for ages, and probably a large reason why it's the only forum I contribute to heavily.

Some passive aggressive behaviour and/or actively endorsing stuff like criminal behaviour, creeperism and/or personal attacks can lead to banning.

The problem is that in the rules they're often defined as just "don't attack other members",

to some people not "attacking" just means they don't call eachother fuckfaces and poopooheads, rather than not making their discussion too personal.

If you follow the TOS at the most serious it could be read, you're okay. If you think things like passive aggressive remarks about other members are cool, you might get banned.

Shit got out of hand for both of them, so bish locked them and gave a 12 hour warning before he breaks out the ban lawnmower. The Egypt thread was determined to be not malicious, so everyone who took part in it was spared. The creepshots thread, on the other hand...

I think the problem with that thread was more ignorance and misunderstanding, whereas the creepshot thread was more about the usual problems GAF has with women stuff.

For all the "But Dennis didn't do something wrong :'(", when your first post in the thread is "Women love creepy stuff, but only by hot dudes" you are pretty much asking for a ban. I assume all the passive-agressive shotouts to Devo in this thread didn't help.
