Is this possible? I have a friend who's always over playing PD, and when I get Xbox Live, I wanna know if he'll be able to play at the same time.. I'm guessing probably not, but it's worth a shot, eh?

They have to sign in as guests unless they have XBL Gold (which is free for a month for anyone)

The bad part: it is very confusing.
Sometime It's like a rollercoaster :when you walk upstair and you guest walk downstair.
