The 9700 Pro and 9800 Pro are pretty similar... which is why you can't find the 9700 Pro most places but you CAN find the 9800 Pro. There's no point in selling both.

Depends on the rest of your system.

Personally, I'd avoid AIW cards. Get a decent TV card seperate because the AIW perform worse, and when that video card is going to be replaced...you'll still have your video capture card.

I'd go for something like this if your system can keep up:
