Looks like some sort of beetle, head is to big to be a bedbug. Also, a bedbug wouldn't just be strolling along out in the open like that, they're smarter than that.

This. Looks like some sort of beetle. Bedbugs have tiny heads. Also they don't like being in the open, they prefer having solid cover both above and below them. They would be running around much faster than that beetle.
