It's more like a "sleeper year" if anything.

As for Subsistence, you ain't gonna believe this but the Konami JP website now has the US release listed for Winter 2006. I was stunned too.

Has no one mentioned Mercenaries yet? I played the hell out of that early in the year and its one of my top games for 2005 so far.

Playing it alone is lame though, that's why I played through it with a friend. Tis' the only way to play it.

I have to disagree to some extent with these three:

SF:A wasn't that bad. It's just not what alot of people expected. Everyone, myself included, was expecting SF64 Part 2. Taken as it is, it really isn't that bad a game. But I still want SF64 Part 2 alot more.

Mario Baseball is awesome. Period.

Battalion Wars is a great game. The only downside is no multiplayer.

The rest I can't comment on as I haven't played them.

well he does have a point, other than re4 there aint much going on console wise. Zelda was supposed to change that but oh well

What ever happened to the idea kicking around during E3 about herding all Nintendo fanboys into their own forum? It's a winning idea!

I didn't say these were bad games.

The highest rated Nintendo game so far this year is DKJB, and that's because Nintendo actually bothered to develop it.
