The thing is Cory Feldman has also gone on record even just a few months ago on Larry King Live and said Michael never ever did anything inappropriate physically with him nor did he witness anything like that, even though they had a big falling out in 2001.
Showing off venerial disease pictures, yeah that's strange, but Feldman was like 14 then and I don't think anyone would say Michael has the greatest of judgement.

No, it can't. A 30 something year old man with textbook pedophilia tendencies is showing graphic pictures of diseased genitalia (that he happened to have lying around the house) to an 8th grader. Just try and make that situation seem normal and healthy.

Which will be never, unless Jackson cracks and spills his guts, or the many accusers admit they're all lying. This is a "he said, he said" case and you have to decide who you believe based on the evidence. Given the many, many, many signs that point to Jackson being a serial pedophile, I'm going with him being guilty.
Also, let's not forget the difference between being judgemental and having good judgement. One is bad, the other is absolutely necessary. If you want to argue in his behalf on an message board in the interest of fairness and all that fine, but I would hope you wouldn't let your kids (if you had any) hang around with someone like him because "all the facts aren't known yet."

also, any known 'facts' are coming to us from the media. the media (especially Bashir, but thats a whole other discussion) is extremely biased, and loves to play with 'facts' .
its definitely a 'he said', 'she said' but the only people that will be hearing the 'facts' will be those in the jury. i know first hand how a false accusation can really fuck someone up (a good friend of mine).. there were even supposed facts known (thanks to a newspaper).. which later turned out to be false.. it was too late by then.

And these charges only sprung up after the Martin Bashir interview. Which makes some of the timelines a bit less plausible. I mean even if Jackson was a pedophile, after all the backlash from the Bashir interview, would then proceed to molest that one kid in the interview that caused so much scrutiny?
People have a strong motive to claim child abuse because they know Jackson is extremely wealthy and an odd-ball persona.
So I wouldn't say this is exactly a shut and closed kind of case.

Yeah and let's just forget the other two children(that we know of) who he paid off and the fact that a former loyal supporter in Feldman is changing his mind about what he thinks.
