umm.. either they have some uber-surprise witness coming up in the next week or the prosecution is throwing in the towel... seriously.
AP is reporting that Sneddon has informed the judge that the prosecution will be wrapping up next week. in the meantime you have 100% circumstantial evidence from prosecution witnesses, the BIGGEST witness of which couldn't even answer questions directly and had to admit that she thought they could have been kidnapped in hot air balloons.
seriously.. umm.. if the defense didn't call a single witness and closed next week as well, Jackson would be acquitted. At this point, as long as the defense doesn't call witnesses who change their stories and surprise the defense attorneys (lol.. that is the best) this case is over.
