Oh shit, look at these matches from the Pro Wrestling Superstars show at the LA WrestleReunion this month;

The Young Bucks vs Great Sasuke & El Generico

World of Sport Rules:

Colt Cabana vs Fit Finlay

LA Street Fight, No DQ and No Countouts:

"The Antichrist of Wrestling" Kevin Steen vs "Innovator of Hardcore" Tommy Dreamer

Legendary Tag Teams Collide:

The Steiner Brothers vs The New Age Outlaws with Mick Foley as the special ref.

Fuuuuuuuuck, I know Steiners/Outlaws will probably be shit, but that's still a match I want to see. Also, Cabana vs Finlay should be goddamn fantastic, as should Bucks vs Sasuke/Generico, but for entirely different reasons.

Then add all that to the awesomeness going down at the PWG show the following day;

Six-Man Tag Team Never-In-Your-Wildest-Dreams Match II;

Super Dragon, Kevin Steen, & Akira Tozawa vs. El Generico, "The Man That Gravity Forgot" PAC, & Masato Yoshino

Dream Tag Team Match;

Blood Warriors (CIMA & Ricochet) vs. RockNES Monsters (Johnny Goodtime & Johnny Yuma)

Singles Match;

Masaaki Mochizuki vs. Roderick Strong

Tag Team Rematch;

American Wolves (Eddie Edwards & Davey Richards) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson)

Singles Match;

Naruki Doi vs. Willie Mack

FUCK, I wish I lived in LA.

Wrestlereunion is gonna be so good. Will be worth the 2hr drive

Also, i have the over/under on superkicks in the wolves/bucks match at 8

... all those years ago when I came to the NeoGAF Wrasslin' Thread as a fresh-faced green rookie, I heard about the politics here from Outcast2004. I heard about the nightmares, all about that stuff. And I'd like to think I've grown as a poster. I am mixing quality and quantity, consistently being in the Top Ten while dissecting WWE subplots and trying to foster discussions with other members. I have posted WWE intro lyrics for some of our newer members who may be unaware of their favorite wrestlers Titantron themes. I have even attempted to reform The Nation 2.0, an organization where Wrasslin-GAFfers of minority descent (and Canadian) can discuss WWE matters in a fair and equitable manner.

However, the things I worried about before I ever visited Wrasslin-GAF have grown to plague it over the past year. The posters shitting on the same wrestlers over and over again. The hypocritical support of their wrestlers even if they wrestle a shit match, yet then crapping on the wrestlers they hate even if they have a 5-Star match/not on the card. The horrible fantasy booking and 4chan-like comments at times. Even worse, the lack of communication to get their point across and engage rational discussion.

I am a self-made wrestling fan. I was not taught everything about wrestling by my everloving parents at an early age. Outside taking me to the Garden once for a WWF event as a child, I cut my teeth on grimy tapes of PPVs and locally televised WWF weekend shows. If Wrasslin-GAF is talking about having a "King", they would want a guy who can articulate their points and best represent the interests of the people.

Some of the posters here don't have the ability to judge unprejudiced the guys who should be on the forefront of Wrasslin-GAF. They need to support guys who are the best posters for those jobs, and one of the best posters FOR THOSE JOBS ... is me.

Frankman, stand down. You are the Randy Orton to G-Fex's Cena. You're Diet Coke to G-Fex's Coke. You're the TNA to G-Fex's WCW.

This year's already looking good.

Ole Ole ole ole!

It's Taker, guys.

Why do you think they've been retconning the HHH/Taker match from WM to be the best thing ever over the last few weeks?

Hell the day after the match they were calling it the greatest match of all time. Think its too early to keep taker relevant at this point.

As far as the streak you never know what will happen because HHH is the one guy who has gone on record saying yes it should be broken

Wrassle-GAF....Same Old Shit

We're done with the G-Fex and Frankman Era. These people want something new.

Dmczaf you should understand the phrase, "Blessed are the meek". I am a fair and honest poster: the proof is in my tag. I don't need to tell GAFfers how good I am.

Professor Beef, you know how good I am.
Keyser Soze, you know how good I am.
Plywood, you know how good I am.
Bootaaay, you know how good I am.

and even though G-Fex doesn't like to admit it; not only does he know I'm good, he knows I'm a much better poster than him.

Bootaaay is the Owen Hart of Wrestle-GAF. Constantly delivers. Great work rate. Under rated on the mic. Engages the crowd. Slips easily between Main Event and Upper Midcard. Makes others look good.

Yeah, I kinda forgot how many people the WWE lost this year. No wonder the roster feels so small.

But we got those new young guns Kane and Undertaker back, and not-as-good Brock Lesnar(maybe), so who needs those other bums!

WWE actually fired alot less people in 2011 than previous years. Especially if you consider alot of those requested their release and weren't technically fired.

I wonder how Low Ki's feeling right about now - I mean, when he asked for his release from WWE he could have gone pretty much ANYWHERE and been a top guy; TNA for the lulz, New Japan, ZERO1, NOAH, ROH, DGUSA, etc.

Instead he's done pretty much sod all, wrestling on a few PWG shows and some random indies, but nothing major. Perhaps he should have just waited things out in the WWE and creative might have had something for him by now, or he could have taken the initiative and used youtube to get himself over like Ryder did.

Considering Cara and Rey's injuries, they probably would've had him be a face and feud with Hunico, that's my guess anyway.

OK, I just watched that 74 person tag match. Wow :lol Still, it's not the strangest thing on the show - of course that falls to the Danshoku Dino match.

I'll post a link once it's uploaded.
