Your predictions for Gyakuten Saiban seem a bit low. It is directly behind WE9, it could perhaps even have outsold WE9 with the two SKU's combined.

Being one place behind doesn't gurantee a small difference. In fact it is also too early to say WE bombed too. We know the Brain Training games will likely be around 20-30K. The last rerelease of Mario Bros did 60K to give us some reference(GBA was around 55K whereas GBM is likely over 100K). However at the top we have no idea. It is very conceivable that SRTJ, Tamagotchi and WE all did well over 100K and Gyakuten Saiban did only at 20K. Although if I'm honest I think I may have lowballed both GS and WE. But it remains to be seen. I would say the GS 60K combined and WE at 90 is very real possibility.

Well, it is just ONE day of sales though. Hardware should seek an increase, I would think.

Considering that Gyakuten Saiban DS is a director's cut, it's sales are even more amazing.

Makes you wonder how an original DS edition would perform (same goes for Rockman EXE).
