YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS: How much more humiliation can CNBC take? The cable network is paying tennis ace John McEnroe more than $1 million to host a nightly talk show. But Monday's installment of "McEnroe" - featuring such guests as Seattle Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and CNBC "Money Honey" Maria Baritoromo - ranked 833rd out of the 834 shows that aired on all of cable television in the period from 6 a.m. Monday through 3 a.m. Tuesday. "McEnroe" beat only the Food Network's "How to Boil Water."

Flipping around, I've seen his show briefly a few times. It looks so terrible. He's an interesting tennis personality, but I have no idea why people think he can carry his own show.

Wow, that's higher than I was expecting. I've made the unfortunate mistake of leaving the TV on MSNBC after catching a late showing of The Dennis Miller show. Who the hell thought this guy makes a good host? His 'jokes' always fall flat, he has no real personality...it's an incredibly boring show. I'm guessing they tempt audiences in with the promise of canned good or something...
