You are gonna hate Eiken. Out of that small list the only thing I think is worth watching is FLCL, and that's pretty short.

I would suggest Hidamari Sketch if you are looking but something a bit similar to K-ON!. Still, Utena should be required watching.

It's not structured like a movie even if you could cram it into one's alotted time. It's fun and it has some neat ideas regarding sexuality, but it's not my favourite GAINAX work either.

Utena is slightly better than Eiken but not quite as good as Ninja Tits. Keep that in mind when you're deciding which order to watch these things.
