let's keep corny big sean to a minimum on this album please



and I remember Kanye last year saying 2011 was the year of GOOD music, and only one GOOD album dropped this year (big sean's dud). Common isn't signed to GOOD music he's just affiliated with them.

If it's on par with the G.O.O.D Friday releases the album's gonna be great. Common and Mos Def made it out for that so I'm hoping they'll be on this. The younger guys on the labels will have a lot to prove.

Loved MBDTF and WTT grew on me quite a bit so I have high hopes for this. Hope we get a lot of beats from No I.D. and Ye.

^Pusha's EP comes out next month.

Don't forget Mr. Hudson and Teyana Taylor. Kanye by far has the strongest crew, there's no competition.. ..how well they work together is another thing.

Common is no longer on GOOD. Where is your god now?

Kanye doesn't have the firepower to compete anyways. He shouldn't be running a label. He doesn't strike me as a guy who's going to nurture and build an artist. He just wants to have a crew. Pusha T is his Gavenchy weed carrier. It's not like he's ever going to work a full album with the guy.

CuDi proves you wrong? He gives em creative freedom but he does give them the verses/producers (No I.D., Jeff Bhasker), whatever they need, what more do they need? Big Sean is blowing up now too, he had an interview recently where he talked about after he got signed he still had to build his fanbase and buzz himself, like any artist should if they want to prove they're worthy. If he just wanted a crew he'd be rolling around with them everywhere like Ross does to build his street cred.

Plus, outside of, oh I don't know Dipset if your belief is strong enough, there's no stronger crew out there in terms of talent. Kanye is handling GOOD well. Closest is Young Money and well..
 
They haven't shown me any of that crew feel though. They're like the Boston Celtics of rap.

EDIT: Cudi is the exception. I think Kanye saw that as a collaboration with an artist he wanted to work with. I don't think he looks at Big Sean, Pusha, CyHi etc. the same way. Kanye is great at a lot of things, but I don't see running a label as extremely well as his next accomplishment. MMG is a stronger brand. YCMB, yeah, it is what it is, unfortunately.

Shady even has some real heat now if the guys from Slaughterhouse (well, the good ones Royce and Joe) get solo albums on the label, then it's probably the strongest. Yeah, I just gave Shady records props.

Day 1 though.

Forgot about Shady. Shady is the strongest, then GOOD. MMG isn't stronger because of Meek Mill and Pill, drag down the average further than Cons would. MMG is just Ross and a few goons.

Then why was he shoving Cyhi, Big Sean, and Pusha on everything during the Good Friday song releases and on MBDTF? CyHi is nationally known now because of his verse on So Appalled.

I think Kanye's done a lot for most of the people on his label so far.

This could be good. Hopefully they can get the best out of each other and make a good album. Cudi should really do some work on this album even if it's mostly just the hooks.

If there are any non-G.O.O.D. Music features, he's one of the most likely candidates, considering his close working relationship with Mos and Kanye. I definitely wouldn't count on it but it wouldn't surprise me.
 
Kanye'd to the Bell is the spiritual successor to No One Man Should Have All That Flour. And i approve, so, so much.
