I'll be cracking open a couple of beers and the BBQ while this is on. Nah, just kidding...but it'll be one of the most watched game shows in years. How he loses is pretty interesting, so if you want the inside scoop just hit the link.

if only he got one of those daily doubles right he probably would have won, for the record even I got the final jeopardy question.

There were some questions in there that I found incredibly easy that no one guessed on for about two seconds. I don't get why he didn't get them. The Goofy one is a good example.

But anywho, only time I've watched one of his episodes. :p I wish they had shown his expression when Zerg's wager was shown.

Some people were suggesting that perhaps the producers had asked/paid him to stop, but it seems like he was putting forth his usual effort tonight, but just screwed up a few too many times. Bah, I was annoyed that he got that Bastogne question wrong, but ever since the whole crop of WWII games started coming out, I feel like a WWII history buff. And btw, if you've never seen it, The History Channel is rerunning HBO's Band of Brothers again this week, as they now seem to do every other month. Tonight's episode is #6, which takes place in.....Bastogne.

The Woman.

Her reaction was great...shock and awe. A gracious winner...he deserved to lose, getting THAT question wrong.

they sent in this crazy shirt lady and psycho gay trebek stalker to take Jennings out...

Seriously...

Jennings threw the match. He knew those answers and was faking it.

I wonder if his job said either come back or...

He went out on a nice round number $2,500,000. This is his staple. He never likes to leave things uneven.

he may not have threw the match, but he may have "taken it easy"

This company in the United States has 70 000 employees who only work 4 months (4?) a year.

What is H&R Block

Yeah, I got the final jeopardy right too, although I was almost thrown off by the "white collar" description, which seems to be a bit flattering to most of their employees I've dealt with. ;) Made sense to me since I walked past a temp H&R Block setup in a mall with about 20 workers every day for a week during tax season and then one day they were gone.

I think the 'answer' was a bit easier than TheQueen'sOwn stated it - it mentioned the fact they were white-collar workers and specified they were seasonal.

He looked smug on the show while he was there, but I personally found he was actually likable, at least for a Jeopardy contestant. He'd display a decent sense of humor (especially compared to some of the total freaking weirdos they get on there) and seemed pretty level headed for someone who's obviously pretty freaking smart.

Now he just needs a Nike commercial where he's featured along with Jordan.
