Stranger Things Final Season Releases November 26

Are we in the 90's yet?!…😄 These "kids" already have a spouse, children, and a mortgage! But seriously, glad we're finally getting the conclusion. Hope it ends well.

Series has been super successful. Not sure why they feel the need to end it. The upside down will alway exist. Where did it come from how did it start etc etc

I have to say that the series really grew on me the second time I watched it. I think my view of it was tarnished at the time it came out as there were so many other great shows playing at the same time. Now we are in a bit of a drought of good quality shows, going back to this was amazing.

So is this the record for the longest pause between seasons, without any cancellations or production shutting down which could cause such a delay?

I'm sure they will keep milking this with prequels, sequels, spin-offs, game shows, anime... the possibilities are endless.

Looks good, been waiting way too long for this. Why does this show take so damn long between seasons? Just doesn't make sense that these streaming shows always have long breaks when network television would put out 22 episode seasons every damn year.

I struggled so hard watching the last season... so tired of the girlboss stereotype.

Who? Eleven? The only one with powers who can take on Vecna?

What about her was "girlboss"? Because she didn't have powers for most of last season, could barely fight, wasn't the leader and... Quite the opposite of "girlboss"

No, I was talking about the redhead, I don't remember her name, sorry. She lashes out to anyone too much (parents issues, I believe) and in the end wasn't her role pivotal to defeating Vecna?
Don't like that kind of character, angry and rude to others.

I hated that chick in season 2, did they made her even more annoying? :lollipop_grinning_sweat:

If I have to watch a show it's when it's all released at once, not sorry. At this stage in my life nobody wants to wait a week for the next episode and no I don't have interest in binging episodes either. I throw around an episode a day, I love watching things that way.

No need to say sorry as I forgot her name too. LoL

She was less annoying, IMO, in season 4 than she was previously. She had issues but they were kinda explained in season 3... Her brother being a racist (didn't approve of the boy she liked) and was scared of being vulnerable... But she warmed up a lot in season 4 from my recollection.

Then again, she was playing a 14 yr old and from what I can remember, kids that age are all angst and immaturity

I'm waiting for when they make an anime version and then do a live action of the anime.

Anyways, this looks good. The show jumped the shark a bit with the russian prison arc, but I am interested in the finale. I'll probably sub for a month when it's all up. Or maybe do a free trial, does Netflix still do those?

Didn't realize it's been so long since last season. S4 was great (the last couple episodes mehhh, but whatever). I didn't anticipate the Nightmare on Elm Street/Akira riffs and that stuff was handled well, so I'm excited to see how this wraps up. Never actually watched S2..
