Nah I am good, being from Georgia i know what good fried chicken is
Are there any reviews for this?
KFC's Georgia Gold chicken is tangy and packs a flavorful punch, drawing from barbecue traditions of Georgia and parts of South Carolina.
It's a flavor that's familiar to anyone who has dipped fried chicken in honey-mustard sauce. However, the chain doesn't over-do the flavor, with more muted honey sweetness than aggressive mustard flavoring. Georgia Gold is an ideal flavor combination for customers who enjoy the slight sweetness of the chain's Nashville Hot Chicken, but aren't fans of spice.
I've lived in Georgia damn near my entire life and I've never heard of Georgia Gold Chicken.
There's an older review when this was still in testing here:

You can probably browse through Youtube for a video review from one of the test locations.
The KFC's around here have had this for a few months now. Georgia Gold is defintely good. Same texture and basic idea as the Nashville Hot (down to the pickles) but a tangy honey mustard instead of hot sauce.
Still super greasy, but that doesn't mean they don't taste good. If I had to choose between the two I'd still go with Nashville.
Not a fan. A little too much on the sweet side for me. I love the Nashville though, is that permanently on the menu?

why are there pickles in that image.
Why do they always put pickles on the chicken now. That shit is nasty.

Anyone saying their hot chicken was good needs to go to a real hot chicken restaurant.
I have and it's comparing fast food to Howling Rays here in LA where you pay more and need to wait in an hour line.Anyone saying their hot chicken was good needs to go to a real hot chicken restaurant.
Yeah their Nashville Hot was a decent representation for sure, just wish it were a little less greasy
I ordered both the Nashville Hot Chicken and the Georgia Gold Chicken today. They're fine, but I ate both so I might die after I post this.
Here's a tip before I perish: mix the leftover sauce/grease with the coleslaw. It's good.

It's like Hawaiian pizza with people actually from Hawaii. As a Georgian, if this type of sauce is associated with our state it's news to me.
