Having an entire genre named after it yet not having a game directly involving the actual movie has always been weird to me.

The censoring of Pussy on the Pussy Wagon seems shortsighted at best, children wouldn't know what that means anyway and I think they asking what it means could easily be hand waved away as something innocent by parents.

If the kids are going to ask what Kill Bill itself is surely thats more of a problem than having to explain "Pussy Wagon".

They created this problem lol Buck isnt even IN the game so why is the Pussy Wagon there except if to be for adults who've seem the film (since she doesn't drive it for long in the film iirc) and get the reference so when why not just have the real name cause its not for children anyway.

If children have seen the film then they'd know exactly why its called that and then censoring is pointless.

They censored it because otherwise people who have never seen the film and havent shown their children the film and dont even know what the film is... will be offended.

Ultimately I dont think its a massive deal cause the main target for the game is children but it just seemed like they created their own problem here by putting the PW in the game in the first place for no reason.

I'd guess cause the film doesnt have any other iconic vehicles, but then maybe it wasn't the best fit for a licencing in the first place. Just running out of shit I suppose lol

As someone with kids I must say I disagree.

I have zero problems with language because they know certain words are not right for every context but it's perfectly possible to tell them "Kill Bill is an action movie" without delving deeper and that will probably be enough for most kids. Explaining "Pussy Wagon" I guess you could tell them you don't know but you guess the owner really likes cats but contextualizing that in the movie itself it's much more difficult.

I guess they did create a problem by using the car itself (don't know if it's part of the game) but I also don't think the solution they came up is wrong. At the end whoever is interested in that perfectly knows what that kitten logo before wagon means.

It does surprise they went for this license, though. It's an old enough movie that it doesn't mean anything to children nowadays. They probably never heard about it before this. Who knows what is behind this decision.

As 42 year old guy who really likes Tarantino and Kill Bill it's the first time that something related to Fortnite (other than their RTX implementation) has my attention but I don't think they are going for guys like me.
