James Chen mentioned that theres a lot of new sub systems up and running in the evo build, so I would guess it's one of those.

Curious to find out what they are.

If a player gets too greedy their opponent can punish them supposedly

It was easy to pull off ultras in the old game. Sure it's fun to whip out a huge manual combo before triggering your ultra, but you could just as easily do a triple hit combo into an ultra.

Hints of a new character to be teased have been made put out there (pretty sneakily) and they have also promised that Glacius will be playable… There’s also something else coming down that they are working really hard to prepare specifically for the event, SO COME AND PLAY!

I never could either. But I'm older and better at fighting games than I was when I was younger. It's not that I was bad, I was just incredibly offensive and never really cared about blocking or combos. Things have changed.

We don't know yet. But they confirmed that Spinal, Fulgore, and Cinder are in the game back at E3, so my guess is that it will be one of those 3.
