I hope that's photoshopped. If not...ugh. Lame.
If they did it because they hate Colin, it's lame to devote so much time to someone you don't like. That kind of negative energy won't come back right for them.
If they did it because they agreed with the tweet, they're a clown for thinking that tweet was SO FUNNY it deserved to be printed out and put in a frame.
sounds more like what alt-right supporters do. which makes more sense to me as i highly doubt colin's gaming centric fans actually want to see him talk about politics/history.
He's incapable of swallowing any pride or taking any responsibility it seems. Not really surprised he threw Greg under the bus like this.

He's most definitely that guy in the room who thinks he is a lot smarter than he actually is.
"How could I possibly be wrong or somewhat off-tone here? It must be my friends/fans faults for being so unenlightened"
It's a super bad taste to leave in the mouths of a lot of (ex)fans when trying to start a new thing for yourself. But i suppose he's diving in and hoping to fracture out the fanbase that are fully in his court of thinking
I personally have found KF podcasts a little flavorless since Colin has left. I feel like the podcasts are playing towards a younger audience and maybe I am just aging out of them at 33 years old. Colin always brought a level of seriousness that balanced out the silly quite well. It's just difficult to relate to them now. I'll probably listen to whatever the new podcast is, but for now I've dropped my $10 pledge I had for 3 years.

It's kind of irrelevant whether or not Greg or Tim or Nick were offended by the tweet; in fact, it wouldn't be that surprising considering they are all men. But plenty of their fans, especially their female fans, were offended by the tweet, and said so on Twitter and their forums. That's why Greg wrote the apology, and that's why Colin should've apologized himself. How did Colin "throw him under the bus"? He accurately recollected the events and wished him well in future endeavors. To Colin, what Greg did was being fake and "playing a character", Colin has said time and time again he didn't believe anyone was truly offended by the tweet. He even says this right next to all of them on his last GOG show. Colin couldn't agree with the company's sentiment in the apology, so, he resigned, as he said he "didn't want to play that game anymore."
I'm not saying that you have to like him, or even that what he did was right, all I'm saying is that Colin and Greg took their sides and therefore Colin is not throwing Greg under the bus by saying just that.
Also I think Tim is a good podcaster who brings a lot of positive energy to shows, but he, like Greg, feels aimless without someone like Colin around to balance out the excitement.
I didn't like Colin and was fading on my enjoyment of KF in general before he left. Haven't even seen a word about them until Barbara mentioned Colin on the RT podcast.
The problem for me and the reason I moved on, is because these guys have no life and they also don't talk about their gaming experiences much. I'm not going to listen to them discuss what they're eating for lunch 300 times a year. That's almost all they talk about, eating and food. Brutal. There are too few people there to create the wide variety of content their audience requires. They took all the money and squandered it.

Colin is such a talented guy. He knows how to create enjoyable content, whether or not you shared his beliefs. I dont even have a Playstation, and I enjoyed his shows so much.
Hopefully this is a good bye for a future reunion.
Why did Colin have to act like such a prick? The show isn't the same without him and it makes me so sad that it's ending .
What did he actually do? What did he say that people got upset about? I think on JRE he said he posted a tweet that he thought was a joke that people said was sexist? Or was there more than that?

That was it yes. He tweeted out "Ah.. peace and quiet." on that #adaywithoutwomen day thing. Gregg put up a "We aren't really down with this." and within like a week or two it was tits up time to fly...
He also responded by calling people humorless sacks of shit if they didnt like the joke. Not the best idea imo
So is the playstation podcast gone for good or are they just rebranding and restructuring the show? I haven't watched this final episode outside of the end. Two hours is a long time lol
They'll probably be making a new Playstation-centric show. Greg talks how PS I Love You came from taking the DNA of the Podcast Beyond on IGN and the same will be happening here. New show is gonna be announced next month at their live event.

Have the link for that? Because that's fucking awful. He still does that.
Some old IGN co-worker of his tweeted some little joke to him recently (i forget what it was, something teasing him and not that serious) and Colin responded with something like "At least it didn't take me 5 years to get a job after I was laid-off like you did."

Before people had time to react, mind you. He literally tweeted that minutes after his initial shitpost. He also responded by calling people humorless sacks of shit if they didnt like the joke. Not the best idea imo
Never mind he got all the facts wrong about the dude's career history, too:He still does that.

Considering his new venture is all about history, he sure is pretty shit at research.but for the record since 2012 I:
-cofounded GaymerX
-Ran SF Marathon social
-worked for Xbox
-ran Twitch/YT channels for gaming companies
What a humorless sack of shit doesnt he get that it was a joke. GAWD we need to get dave Rubin involved.
Are Greg and Colin actually on bad terms? Man, that's crazy to think about.
Greg would always say that his listeners were his best friends. F*ck that sh*t, I saw the way he cut ties with his real best friend. I cut these doods the way they cut Colin. Xoxo

No we don't
We're cordoned off to our own personal hell.
The irony of this really stood out to me when it all went down. I feel for Greg because of his professional network and where he lives, it undoubtedly must have seemed insurmountable for him to defend Colin. But at the end of the day, he abandoned a friend and roommate of 10+ years in the face of entirely manufactured outrage. .

He didn't "abandon" Colin. He did good PR and handled a shitty situation the his supposed "friend" put him in.The irony of this really stood out to me when it all went down. It was also bad business - the world is larger than San Francisco and online virtue signaling gamers. They've been hemorrhaging Patreon supporters and YouTube subscribers since it happened and it doesn't seem like they've even bottomed out yet:

I still have some hope that they'll hash it out one day. They have such a rare and special dynamic that you don't find often in entertainment. The selling proposition of KFG was always Colin & Greg, I just don't see the viability of it without that.
