Heads up for y'all who didn't buy this game. It's now part of Free play Days until Monday, the whole game.

For some dumb ass reason it shows the Game Pass logo on Xbox on the tile of the game, but just now on Reddit I learned it's just Xbox being Xbox, as in zero communication. Apparently this happened before.

That being said, I'm gonna check it out. I still have the first game in my backlog and barely played (shame they never patched this to 60fps) though, but ah well.

Have fun. It's an amazing game. Make sure to steal and get some free honey in the fields behind Troskowitz, honey doesn't spoil and if you can collect about a 100 during a few days, put it in storage and carry a few with you at a time, then having to eat will never be a problem in the game as it restores massive amounts of hunger.

To those who try it: don't get discouraged by the slow and kinda boring intro. The game becomes much better once you are able to explore at your own pace and do what you please.

Yep....intro mission is quite long...afterwards save 120 coins to get a room in Zhelejov as quickly as possible. Use it as a hub to explore from there.

You won't get through 3% of the game in that time. Free play is good to try things, but this is such a comprehensive game that it feels pointless for this.

It's iterative on the first one. Takes its further but you might be at risk of burnout playing back to back. Or, you might just be hungry for more!

KCD2 is my GOTY for sure, and may just be the best RPG this generation imo. hopefully this will introduce more to experience it.

People talked about a slow beginning but I love a slow prologue if done well. Good examples are Batman AA which I find has a awesome prologue and really draws you in.

This game as well, you get to know the gang a little and well.....damn, didn't see that coming. Combat feels good too.
