Kmart.com 360 order link (no bundle)

Best Buy has a bunch of bundles close to that online. You could always buy one and return any games you don't want to Wal-Mart to get games you do want.

It's a money issue. I'm pretty low on cash, what with Xmas just around the corner, so I'm trying to find a bundle that's basically just the minimum you'd need to get by. I'm even considering getting a core w/memory unit to save $60....Yeah, it's that serious.

relax fellas, their shipping guide says it takes 2 days for the order to process, then another 2 days to get to you (if you use priority)

i don't entirely trust kmart either, but lets wait until tomorrow (or even monday) to possibly see a status update.

i know kmart stores are open today, but i don't know whether they have people operating the website orders.

I called them awhile ago and the line said their call center was closed today. If it's closed today the processing center might be too.
 
Mine says Order Received, In Progress. No estimated ship date yet, but I'm pretty sure we'll be alright. Pity it's a core, not a premium.
 
My CS said they have no 360's and havent since Tuesday (and got 100 then). She said to give the system 48 hours to send the Canceling Emails......

So, what would be a better hit, Best Buy or Sams at 5:00 tomorrow?

my brother ordered one today as well and he called kmart.com a few hours ago. The representative said that about 500 people ordered a system the day before, that would include all of you who have had their orders cancelled yesterday. So the rep said that the systems were expected in on Monday and he also said that my brother might not even get one because kmart.com was going to get in touch with the people who have had their orders cancelled to see if they still wanted a system. Don't be mad yet. If you had your order cancelled call kmart at

Just a quick update that goes also with serum79's reply. Just spoke to a very nice representative and she told me that their next supply should be comming in on monday and those who ordered on 11/22 will be called first and asked if they would still like their xbox 360s. The next people who will be called or emailed are those who ordered on 11/23 and asked if they would still want theirs. The final people are those who ordered today on 11/24. For me, I ordered on 11/23. Basically kmart is saying that if they recieve 150 xbox 360s and 50 people who ordered on 11/22 want theirs then all 50 will recieve theirs first, then if 100 people on 11/23 want theirs then they will recieve theirs next. Whatever is left for 11/24 people then thats what they will get. First come, first served from what I have been told. Good luck and lets hope all those who ordered on 11/22 leave some for the rest of us Good luck fellas

Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called customer service and any orders between midnight and about 7 am central will be honored and shipped out tuesday or wednesday. They cancelled too many orders on the 23rd supposedly. I dunno what to do i really don't want one, I kind of got caught up in the hunt. I wouldn't feel comfortable selling such a high item on ebay due to charge backs. How low would this go if I did money order only.


i don't know what to think. i would take any info you get from a customer service agent, good or bad, with a grain of salt for now. just be patient, we will find out what's going to happen soon.

i'll be bummed out if we don't get one, but it's not a huge deal. the search will then continue into next week!

I won't be pissed about not getting one, but I will be furious if I have $330 in funds tied up while Kmart sits around with their thumbs up their ass.....I can't buy anything else until I get the money back, and that takes several business days even AFTER they process a refund. Have they charged everyone's card already?

Well, I like the sound of that post. If I had to choose one I'd like to believe in, that'll be the one. ;)

no one could have possibly been charged fully yet because they won't charge you until it ships or until the order process is complete, which it isn't for anyone yet.

my CC does have the $480+ deducted right now, but the charge is pending. so, while they haven't officially charged me, the funds are (as you said) useless to me right now
 
Yeah I noticed that. I consider myself lucky. I woke up at 3:30 am est determined to check the major websites for one. I've missed getting one by mere minutes three times this week.
 
Whew!! I got in on the Premium this time. I was just coming here to post that they were taking orders again, but of course, you guys already knew. :) The core packages are open as well, if you don't manage to snag a Premium.

Now I just have to cross my fingers that my order goes as it should. I already recieved my order confirmation email, so that's good. My account has the order info listed, so that is another good sign. Now I just have to wait for confirmation that it shipped. Who knows how soon that will be, but I hope it is some time tomorrow. I did get priority shipping.

This may not pan out, I don't know, but at least I have hope now. :) Good luck to the rest of you, and a big thanks to those of you who made this, and the other similar threads.
