Kmart.com 360 order link (no bundle)

And I got my cancellation message. I'm really crushed here. I mean I didn't look for a system today because I thought I had it in the bag. from now on, I'm going to make a point of not doing any business I can avoid at K-Mart.
 
Alright, I'm convinced there's no way I'm getting mine because I didn't order it before 11/22. Still, I wonder why they bothered to call me to correct my info and tell me it would ship Tuesday/Wednesday. Perhaps the employee was just confused as to who was getting them and who was not, but it wasn't right to tell me I was on the truck if I'm not getting one. And why correct my personal info? For more accurate cancellations? :lol

But yeah... no e-mail yet.

Worst part is, I could've got one today if I had gone out and looked, but I stopped yesterday because I thought I had one. Words cannot express how frustrated I am with K-Mart.
 
I got the cancellation email today.

Ordered: 11/24/05, roughly 7:45am
Website: Order Received, In Progress

The funds have not yet been returned to my CC.

At least it was only a Core I didn't plan on opening or keeping anyway.

What I don't get is.....if they know that they screwed up, how come the damned thing keeps showing up again and again as "Available" on their website?

Still no cancellation email for me, and I ordered the Core.

I called Kmart today, not about the order, though Paypal still hasn't givin me my money back.. but that's another story.. I called them today and asked when their next shipment would come in. The lady nicely told me they get shipments in the factory all the time and the best thing to do would be to come in every other morning and check for the console. So I dunno, that's what I'm going to do. I really don't trust shipping such a rare item for store price. And good luck Cloudy. 11/23 order, you could be in the in the clear *knock on wood*

O snap, I still haven't gotten one yet but I ordered it around 11 A.M.
 
Okay I called K-Mart again today and to just end all of this bullshit if you did not order this on 11/2 your order, and every one placed afterwards, have been cancelled. THE END.

Fuck. My old charge hasn't cleared yet. But I just placed a Premium Pack order on a 2nd CC. I doubt it'll survive the "Kmart 48 Hours of Cancellation Death" but I've got nothing to lose. Except another $500 on my CC for the next 4 days or so.

What's odd is that I checked my bookmarked Kmart Xbox 360 Premium Page not 10 minutes ago, and it was still SOLD OUT.

You beat me to it. It's up again. WTF? If this is a glitch and I assume it is, why don't they have some tech people to take it down? How hard would that be? For all of us that ordered from them and won't be getting one, can't we get a class action suit against them?

I just placed another order but as I was reading on another board its probably just a glitch in their system. My old order from 11/23 is still showing in their shitty system and not the one I just placed.

Dude, go out on December 1st and 2nd(I have several confirmations this is the date to expect more supply). The next shipment is coming in then. Don't rely on this shit website.
 
Shows as SOLD OUT now, again.

My 11/24 Core order now shows as cancelled on the website.
My 11/25 Prem order now shows as In Process on the website.

What's this about 12/01-12/02? Who's getting? What stores?

Hmm, this is better info than I've been hearing (like Dec. 10th through the end of time from others). That's next Thursday and Friday. I can do that. It's only another week.
 
Alright. I've got a Circuit City and a Target about 20 minutes subway ride from my home, and a Best Buy about 10 minutes from where I work. I guess I could hit up those once this 2nd Kmart order falls through.

When is bestbuy.com taking orders, or for that matter, any other .com? Man, I have all of these .com websites in my bookmarks bar and check them religiously. This Kmart thing is a waste. After being shafted by my EB pre-order and losing out on Monday night at my local 24 hour Walmart, I'm at a loss. This launch sucks so damn hard.

Online, my Core order is cancelled. But my Premium order is listed as "backordered. estimated shipping date of 11/26/05".

What's up with that?
