Starting from the police illegally obtaining a statement from Kobe to a girl who is obviously disturbed mentally to the girl showing up to her rape exam covered in semen. Granted, fucking some guy 6 hours after you were supposed raped and showing up to your rape exam covered with 3 guys semen (literally covered in it, they swabbed some of it off her neck and thighs) doesn't mean she wasn't raped, but it casts a lot of doubt onto her story. So she has sex with 3 different guys within 2 days, one of them a bellboy, and Kobe was the guy she didn't want to have sex with? All of that plus the question of why didn't she resist or yell out and ask for help? This wasn't a deserted alley.

Dude, this is his life, fuck his rep. If I was Kobe I would have pled guilty to a lower charge. It took balls to call the prosecutions bluff and get ready for trial. I mean, innocent people have gone to jail before, I wouldn't want to risk it, especially if you were a black man......

His rep as a family man is forever gone man. It didn't seem to hurt Jordan, people will get sick of this eventually unless they find something new about Kobe, like him enslaving his servants. Fuck the rep, just settle for peanuts get on with your life. It is Kobe's life though and the right thing to do is to settle the case, but I personally would take the easy way out and settle now.

Well, to be fair it was 3 guys in 3 days (not 2) and yes, semen and sperm from another guy was found in and on her in abundance but that dna wasn't anywhere on Kobe (who hit it raw). The defense used this to bolster their claim that she had sex after Kobe and before the rape examination while the prosecution said she wore dirty panties and that's how active sperm ended up inside her :lol

And the case has been closed but she is suing him for money....

Well, it depends. I heard a local Fox News also reported this. So, as of yet no reliable sources are reporting this, but we will find out sooner rather then later. I assume that nasty picture is accurate though.
