Edit: this is clearly about the recent assassination event in Japan in which some fake news stations ran photos that the assassin was Kojima on the world’s stage.

He should defend himself against politicians if they are going to do stuff like that. That seemed like a malicious act. Not so much a failure to verify his identity but a failure to acknowledge that one Japanese person is different from another.
