The MGS4 stream probably has too many connections. The MGS3S one is working fine for me.
 
I just watched the MGS3SUB trailer and I don't think I will be able to resist getting it because online looks hot and the new view looks great. @_@ Kojima is the best... not enough superlatives to go around.
 
release date for MGS3 subsistence? I will buy it first day.

I lost interest halfway through 3 because of camera complaints. MGS Trilogy + online + 3D camera.

MGS trailer is using the MGS3 engine it seems but it's funny as shit.

Snake tries to get a seat in a directors chair but the russian soldiers take every spot so he pulls out a gun and kills them all like a psycho. He then finds another seat but has to fight with Raiden over it (the sit on it at the same time)... snake enters the scene looking like Sam from Splinter Cell... I love how both series pay homage to the other... wish fans of both series would respect each other like that.
 
Damn, this makes me wonder what else third parties got up their sleeves for the rest of the week. Seems like the pre-show conference was just the beginning

It's the trailer described yesterday on this board.

So It's MGS3 gfx (No next-gen stuff but the game is for PS3) and it's a humorous piece of trailer

It's a teaser as people have been saying. It starts with Snake hiding behind a buildind while some gaurds are on the other side. A bomb then drops from the sky and blows up the build and it tips over revealing Snake to the gaurds. Snake then darts off while the gaurds are running after him and runs up to a sign on the ground that says "stop". In front of him are a bunch of director chairs and the soldiers are still running after him, but when they get to him they run past him to start sitting in the chairs. Snake then takes off and starts trying to find a chair but everytime he starts to go after one a gaurd steals his place. He finally gets pissed and pulls out a gun and just shoots all of them. After that he picks up a up a chair and takes a seat and then pulls off his mask to reveal it Raiden (at this point we hear people booing in the background). After that we see Raiden walking to a chair for the "Main Character", before he can get to it we see a character sneaking up in a Splinter Cell outfit, complete with the 3 lens, its Solid Snake. They both dart toward the chair and take a seat at the sametime, they get up and Solid whoops Raidens ass and takes a seat in the Main Character chair.

Holy fucking shit YES!! Nobody has as much style as Kojima and company does. That video was hilarious. The wall falling, the race for the seats in cartoony style, then unveiling Kojima to co-direct it. Awesome suprise! And the Raiden/Snake bits :lol :lol Got me hyped, just realizing I'm going to get another game in the series with that feel to it. I'm sure the graphics will blow people away too. I say, next E3 we see it. And Kojima productions. Very cool, his name is getting huge. Not to mention he has his own game he's working on outside this that Yoji Shinkawa's doing the characters for. So much cool shit going down with Kojima productions. Can't frickin' wait! :D

I'm fairly certain he's doing both that and another project at the same time. Why else would he co-direct it still?
 
Wow, Gamespot fucked up big time, stating the compilation included MGS and MGS2?

Updated versions of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake are more interesting to me. Fans have been begging for portable updates since Metal Gear Solid.
 
What's really scary about the MGS4 trailer is if you pair it up with Hideo's comments about how he's more interested in the stuff the PS3 can do that the players can't see, it sounds like we're going to be in for one hell of a surreal experience.
