KTLA seems ahead of ABC in terms of delay. Not sure about Fox but there was no commentary when I checked in.

For erratic drivers it can calm them down, which is especially important if its on surface/residential streets around 3pm with schools letting out and such.

Seriously, right? Especially near a busy food place or mall. How would they find you?
