Last time we can ask this, SCEJ, SCEE or SCEA?

Since Sept.1st these have gone under the SCE WWS name so this is the least time we can ask ourselves, which of the three divisions delivered the most games that appealed to you?

Some examples:

SCEJ: Gran Turismo, Ico, Siren, Wild Arms, Fantavision(!), Arc the lad...etc

SCEE: WipEout Pure, WRC, Killzone, F1, Primal, Singstar, Eyetoy...etc

SCEA: Socom, God of war, Jak, R&C, TM:Black, 989...etc

SCEA (for games)
SCEI (for policy)

Speaking of the merger.... does it mean that SCEA will no longer be able to block games from being released in the states? In other words, if a game gets approved by SCEW does that mean that the approval applies to all regions? Or do the old rules still apply?

SCEE sucks the nut and is worse than the other two put together. They make it so that even if games do come out over here they get gimped in some way.

Nope, the merger is purely for software houses. SCEI, SCEA and SCEE will still independantly run their console businesses by region.

At least you get the games. SCEA's too busy channeling 1980s Nintendo to bother approving software.

On the PS1, I would agree with Jarrod, but SCEA redeemed themselves big time this gen when they told 989 to hang up the spurs on Gameday. So, I'd say SCEI>SCEE>SCEA. Still the same order, but SCEA has done some great stuff this gen. Here's hoping they find a way to farm 989 off or something to get rid of the taint. ;) PEACE.

Since I'm too lazy to look up lineups...! Games I liked from each, so we can figure out which one I loved the most.

SCEJ:

SCEE: WipEout Pure, Eyetoy

SCEA: God of war, R&C

SCEE and SCEA tie!

They're all really good. I can't choose. In reality, isn't it safe to assume that the three will still function pretty much the way they have been up until now? I can't imagine they'll move everyone to one location, which means it'll really still be made up of three groups.

In policy, vision and software...

SCEI >> SCEE >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> SCEA
I might agree with you on policy, but if you actually got to play most of SCEA software this gen, then you would know that SCEA >>>>>>>>>> SCEE :)

And then making it impossible to import, and THEN break the law by stopping 2nd hand sales and non-EU sales which is two whole steps further up the "fuck Europe up the ass" ladder. SCEE suck and if they're reading this...I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SCEE PRODUCT AGAIN! EVER! Did you understand that? I'll be enjoying my Sony games on my US PS3, thank you very much!

To answer the question, when it comes to games then SCEJ win it for me, followed by SCEE. For policies and attitude it's SCEJ>SCEA>SCEE

SCEE gets alot of credit for picking up Drakan when it was originally about to be axed. All in all though neither. If theres anybody within Sony's game groups, its....

SOE/Snowblind >>>>> SCEA,SCEE,SCEI

Speaking, even though Snowblind isn't part of Snowblind, one of the devs on thier boards somewhat hinted they'll be working with SOE again :)
