I was here before the mods opened GAF up to the public. I just never posted. GAF used to be the place to come for serious gaming talk. Industry stuff. Now it's more like a psychic hotline. I'm currently playing GTA:SA, so that's why I'm out here in the trenches.

I haven't noticed any bigger changes during the past years to be honest. Just more people, more opinions, more of everything, but I think it's still serious at times compared to other big gaming forums. Although recently all the "IT ONLY GOT 9.9/10 WTF" shit has gone overboard. Not totally unexpected though with so many big games being released at once, people are hyped and get emotional, making agendas shine more brightly than usual. It'll probably calm down soon.
