The Brazilian version of Comic Con is happening and Kozo Morishita, Toei's president, was there !
He said that there are 3 new Saint Seiya projects being made: a new CG movie, a LIVE ACTION MOVIE and a secret project.
He already mentioned that there was always something new each 2 years since Hades in the 2000's and they want to keep the 2 year span, with Soul of Gold being released in 2015 this means the first project will happen next year.
Also as a bonus, it is the first time all the gold armors are being shown togheter outside of Japan ! Here is a cool video that comes with the news of the armors :
