GP is really strong, but I'd argue Kog is stronger. GP is seemingly getting nerfed quite a bit next patch.

GP wasn't the problem

the problem was TSM had no way of not letting fights last 25 seconds long. thats where GP thrives, his ability to make you forget about his barrels in mass enduring chaos.

they were literally throwing everything at a solo diving lee sin and weren't able to even pop his GA for like 10 seconds.

the soraka is the real reason they were winning those fights

That was really a classic C9 pick/ban game, looking back. They banned Lulu and left Kog open, I get the feeling they deliberately fed Kog'Maw to TSM and then planned a team comp that wouldn't let Kog be effective. Kog's terrifying when he can stand still and hit three people with Runaan's. I don't think he ever got to do that this game. Coming in with Lee Sin and TF to chase him around really defangs Kog.
