OK, that's where I was confused. I know next to nothing about the comics this is (loosely?) based on, so the aesthetic so far had me thinking this was set in the 60's or 70s like Days of Future Past or something. Then the one guy had a fancy tablet which had me thinking it was present day?

Ah I'm not sure when this is going to be on/streaming in Australia, but damn I am excited. Hawley is one of the most interesting people working in tv these days, and this show seems pretty out of left field from what he's done so far.

Mind you, I hadn't read x-men since the early 90s so I have no idea what has happened to Legion since he was in a coma. I remember reading that in junior high school

The way it was shot was visually haunting.
