LEGO and PlayStation Are Working on a New Game Called 'LEGO Horizon Adventures'

Didn't they bundle the game with the console at some point?

They did indeed, it accounted for like 20% of its numbers.

On the other hand I bought the game and got so fucking bored I never finished it and would never advise anyone get it...

Forbidden west anyway, I really enjoyed the first one, so i will probably skip the 3rd game and am no longer interested in the franchise going forward. That's the issue, people buy games based on prior titles. You really don't see the full effect until the following title.

This is exactly the same sentiment I have heard from actually everyone I know who has played Horizon 1 and 2. Coupled with the fact that they bundled it with the console, which sold out because the PS5 had shortages anyway, kinda feels to me like "brute-forcing" an IP (same happened with Wii Sports, which was bundled with the Wii, while the successor Wii Sports titles never managed to sell as much).

I didn't mean to trash the game in any way. If people like it, more power to them. It actually was me trashing Hermen Hulst.

What are you talking about. The robots lend themselves extremely well for Lego sets. More so than nearly anything else.

I recently bought Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered on Steam. Suddenly I'm all into Aloy again.
So much so that I ordered two of the Lego sets. I got the Tallneck I've had in my Amazon wishlist for years, should have bought it when it released as it's gone up in price.
Also got the newer set with the Shellwalker and Sawtooth. Has a little figure of Aloy with a bow.

Almost bought this Lego Horizon video game, but I think it needs to be $30. I don't think it showed up in the Steam Summer Sale. :(

Not much talk, hype or meme surrounding this game.

I think the game gets a bit too much undeserved hate on GAF like anything Horizon. There was an 1 hour trial on PSN and I thought it was great, probably the best lego game I've ever played. Light hearted, looked gorgeous and the combat was very decent for a lego game. But yes, the pricing is a deal-breaker. I'm also waiting for a 20-25 euro sale to grab it.

$27.19

lol this game came and went like a fart in the wind. Maybe it finally convinced Sony that Horizon isn't happening.

Most games come and go like a fart in the wind these days. Way too much coming out imo. I plan to get this at some point probably, for cheap. I don't think Sony cancelled the Horizon GaaS btw, so there will be more.

Aloy will never be a popular mascot Sony think is. If is there something appealing to this IP are the robotic dinosaurs.

Link your steam account to a gg . deals account, you'll always see these low key prices. it syncs your steam wish list to the lowest keys the site can find. You won't regret it.

One of the best-looking games last year, IMO. Lego's self-publishing/development business should aim to create stuff like this:
