Weed and cigarettes. I only smoke a cigarette with weed so if I got rid of both I'd probably do myself a ton of favors.

Besides that...sugary drinks and food with lots of carbs.

Cigarettes. Alcohol. Marijuana. Opiates. Junk food. All sorts of "immoral" behavior. Too bad im too broke for most of them.

Melatonin supplements. They send you straight to sleep (I always play vidya games in the evening which peps me up) and give you CRAZY intense dreams. Like the kind that last 3 hours and somehow have a perfectly cohesive plotline
Thats not bad for you.

I'm very, very lactose intolerant. I have to pick my battles wisely because of this. Unfortunately, I lose more battles than I win.

WHY IS ALL THE BEST TASTING SHIT MADE WITH MILK IT'S NOT FUCKING FAIR

Eating sea salt crystals.

I just eat them as a snack and keep eating and eating them. I eat about 2 self-serve bottles a month.

Why do they taste so good?

Alcoholic, smoker, only eat fast food and pizza, and spend all my spare time at the helm of my computer. Not gonna live too long probs.

crazy women

i actively seek them out. i don't want her unless she's slashed her last boyfriend's tires.

I quit cigs January. Looking forward to my first year clean since going to college. Only problem is that I've put on a bit of weight since i no longer have them curbing my appetite all the time =/... I'll start running it off again in march when it get warmer out.

Other than that I think I'm pretty okay.... Went through a few week stretch where I was drinking every night, but that was due to the sudden excitement of having a close friend turn 21 and being able to get booze so easily. Certainly curbed that down alot to having a 2/3 beers 3/4 times a week which isn't bad for a college kid. Probably cut down alot more next semester.

My family now buys two boxes at a time knowing I'll devour an entire box myself.

Why is coffee in this thread? Unless you're drinking gussied up macchiatos, it's actually pretty good for you even up to 5-6 cups/day.

Alcohol, its my only vice. I drink about 3 drinks spread out between 2 days so I suppose 1.5 on average a day? Usually after coming home from a long day of work, helping with dinner, reading books with my son, bath time and putting him to bed I'll pour a couple of fingers of whiskey.

Sometimes wine, sometimes beer. I left the wild shit to my 20s when I pretended nothing would ever catch up with me.

This:

Contains lots of MSG that will inevitably cause many health problems (as well as lowering your IQ as it has been rumored, hahaha), but goddamn I always eat this every week despite others warning me not to... And I often consumed two or three packages at once :(

So crispy and delicious.....

Oh, and video games.

and Taco Bell. Often all three at once although I usually only smoke a cigar a couple times a month, it's great for lazy sunny afternoons.

I'm not sure if its actually doing my body harm, but ever since grade 4 I've been addicted to the feeling of lipgloss on my lips. If I don't have any on I get very panicy and stressed. Not sure what to do about it really...

I have that too, but make it chapstick instead.

Sounds more like you don't care about your life

i care about my life, i only do these things like once a month in a nightclub.

Pop a little pill before i go in and just dance the night away and converse with strangers.

I get addicted to everything. Right now it's nicotine (pack a day), THC (daily; can't sleep properly without it), videogames (I spend almost any free time on MW3 right now), unhealthy eating (though at least I've managed to upgrade to fruit and yoghurt snacks rather than piles of Snickers), hopelessly addicted to staying up far later than I should which leaves me exhausted 24/7...

Most of it stems from the fact that I recently (well, recently enough) moved countries and at 30 years old, I kinda forgot how to make new friends. I meet new people all the time (since I work as a consultant) but I never throw the "hey let's get a beer" out there and always end up going back home to roll a joint and play some Xbox.

I gave up weed one day because my dealer was to baked to answer his phone.

6 months clean. Glad i stopped.
