So pumped for Raving Rabbids and Pokken. Now if only Nintendo would give TMS another shot by giving it a Switch port as well. Looks way too unique to let fade away locked onto the WiiU.
Also, Pokemon Conquest is kind of amazing because it has a guy on the cover who is a famous pedarast and also burned families to death in their homes. That will never get old to me.
Hush you, Peach Rabbid is best Rabbid.
Need to add Mario Slam Basketball (Hoops 3 on 3 in THE US) which was developped by Square and had freaking Vivi from FFIX in there.
I hope we get a third one on Switch, also Pokemon Conquest 2.
that one time Segata fought with Nintendo characters
As much as I love this game. I really don't understand why those two series of all things.

That studio that develops X Zone and Namco X Capcom before it is part of Monolith Soft. I don't think that studio (Monolith Soft has 3) has ever worked on a Nintendo game. Instead even after the Nintendo purchase they've continued to make games published by Namco-Bandai but only for the DS and 3DS.
They're actually due for a new release next year. I wonder if they continue the X Zone series since they can reuse the sprites? If they do would like to see some more Nintendo franchises.

PxZ saw a big sales drop between the 1st and 2nd games. It's a shame since the 2nd game attempted to avoid the problem with really long and repetitive battles later in the game. I guess even if they make another game like it, it'll have a different title and visual presentation, in order to avoid associating itself with that brand.
Pokemon games don't count as being crossovers.
Sadly the guy behind Namco X Capcom, Endless Frontier, and PxZ series left Monolith Soft.
Oh wow your right, Soichiro Morizumi at the end of March this year. Can't seem to find a thread on the news. Another producer who worked on those games also left at the same time. The former was at Monolith Soft for 14 years and planned to remain in the games industry.
Definitely looks like there won't be any followup to those SRPG's.
I wonder what that team will do now? Repurposed into an art/asset creation team like the other non-main Monolith Soft team?
Splatoon should have got a 2D platformer, not Pikmin. The fluid movement would carry over pretty well, I think.
why don't they?
i mean you could debate pokken but conquest is clearly a cross over
Well that explains that. I'm hoping they'll eventually release again on a Nintendo platform. Playing this in the Switch would be great.Itagaki Street was created by the creator of Dragon Quest Yūji Horii.
While the first 4 games (NES, SNES, PS1 and PS2) didn't have any guest characters a second PS2 game released did by having Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy together not too long after the Squaresoft and Enix merger.
There was PSP game also having DQ and FF. For the DS entry afterwards they had it be Mario and Dragon Quest which makes sense with how much Dragon Quest was on DS. Then there was a second mobile game with DQ and FF. After that Fortune Street on Wii and now releasing this year on PS4 and Vita a new one celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy.
Now for the real question. Given Splatoon's success how soon will we see a crossover/spinoff and what genre will it be?
