Let's predict Nintendo Switch 2 launch games

After the last Switch Nintendo Direct and having to replace my Zelda Pro Controller because it was defective, I got hyped for the Switch 2 and hopefully it comes sooner than later. So, I thought it would be interesting to know what people think which launch games it will have.

My predictions are as follow:

-New 3D Mario
-Metroid Prime 4
-A new gimmick game (showing the new gimmick)
-Assassin's Creed Shadow
-A Remaster/Remake
-Smash Bros. Complete Edition
-Mario Kart 10 (first year)

What games do you think it will launch with?

Depending on when the switch 2 releases I'd say smash will be released during like the holidays.

I could see a breath of the wild and the sequel getting ported to the system but maybe in a year.

I think a new 3D Mario is a given at this point seeing how we haven't had one since the release of the OG Switch. Prime 4 is also a given I would say. So at least 2 bangers.

New mainline 3D Mario game
Some experimental game, new IP
Pokemon Z-A (they never specified a platform, so I think it's gonna be a Switch 2 game or a cross-gen title)
Some Ubisoft exclusive made by the Mario+Rabbids team.

I think Mario Kart 9 or X or whatever they end up calling it will come within the first year.

Just imagine a new 3D Mario and Mario Kart with Switch 2 graphics, will look splendid i`m sure.

I am really interested in what they gonna do for the next 3D Mario. Afaik, nothing has leaked, so we don't really know anything. Which is exciting.

It's been a long time since I had a Nintendo system, not since Wii. But I have a feeling this might be one of the best console launches in history. There's going to be likely Metroid there, probably a new Mario in some form, your probably going to have a top remake like RE4 or FF7, might have a lot of good 3rd party ports.

The game sold like hotcakes (over 15 million), and went head to head with titles like Pokemon. There will clearly be a sequel.
 
Depends on which month it launches in.

If say it launches in August it will launch with Madden.

Assuming popular yet unproven belief of a March 2025 launch:
