Super Mario RPG came out the same year as SM64 IIRC, and she was called Toadstool. Interestingly enough, when Belome would eat Toadstool, he would say "Tastes peachy." :lol

I also found out Bowser was only called Koopa after switching languages in SSBM.

I also call Pit "Kid Icarus".

I call Eggman "Dr. Robotnik".

I call Bowser 'King Koopa'

I call the mushroom people "Mushroom Retainers".

I also say Mario's last name is 'Mario' and that he's a plumber from Brooklyn.

I always called her Princess Toadstool, but slowly the name was phased out. Especially with SM64 and SSBM. In SMB3, IIRC, she signs her letters "Princess Toadstool" so that stuck but they started to make the move to Peach, and Princess Peach. Princess Toadstool is the way I have always said it, but I use Peach just as well.
