4. Eliminate all income taxes; just ask Teresa (Heinz Kerry) to cover the whole damn thing.

So? Cheney tells everyone to "fuck off". He's a moron. He's like the guy youve always wanted working in the White House trapped inside of the guy youd hope would never be in the White House. That sounds confusing, and it I know it is, but its what I beilive personally.

Anyways, Im almost 100% convinced the Bush administration would have been 100% more effective and better if Cheney wasnt the VP. Quite sad. He's like a cancer that effects and degrades the entire body. Bush aint no prize I know, but damn...
