I dont have a ps4, but my ps3 have this problem 3-4 times, this is how I fixed it:

1 power off ps3
2 unplug hdmi cables
3 power off display, unplug display power cables
4 press display power button for discharging
5 plug in display power cable, plug in hdmi cable
6 power on display, power on ps3

it is works, you can try on your ps4. i dont know why, maybe hdmi compatible problem
