Limited Run Games - Putting digital games into your hands

I don't think any international orders from Aug 19th have shipped yet.

I don't want to complain, but at this rate the next game will be sold before they are shipped, which only means orders will be more and more backed up. Not good.

International orders have been shipping this whole time, the issue is that tracking is not uploaded until all orders are out. It's weird but there isn't much we can do about it.

Dragon Fantasy will be half the volume of this with less variations for orders so we expect that to ship very quickly. We may hold it back to launch with One Way Heroics, though - which would increase the volume substantially. Not really sure yet. I just feel like we haven't done adequate promotion on this to launch on Friday.

Four different games to click on and check out before it sells out, 4 games total in a shipment envelope.

Y'all crazy?

Keep the releases separate as planned IMO.

Wasn't there supposed to be a third September game?

buy a box.

Sorry but saving shipping costs (which are high for international users, you should know that by now) >>> having to click "Add to cart" 1-2 more times.

My problem is this is the first time I'd be buying so I don't know if I'd have time to add both to the cart before they sold out. Otherwise I'm down for saving on shipping

I'm with you. Stick with what you already had planned. Kind of crappy to change it 4 days before it was to go on sale.

Some of you want to minimize shipping costs, and some of us want to minize the risk of having to go to eBay.

Let's respect both opinions, eh?

I'm sorry about your shipping costs, though, I know it sucks.

You will have around 15 minutes to do so.... it usually takes me around 20 seconds

My google chrome crashed in the last run, I had to grab my phone, I forgot my password so I had to look that up, and I still had enough time to get both games. I don't see why anyone would have any problems since basically the worst case happened to me and I still got both games.

Honestly, I've been using my phone to buy the past few releases. Add to cart, checkout with paypal, make sure my info is correct, and confirm.

Just got my international tracking email. A couple of days after the "order has been shipped" email. Let's play the "how long until Canadians receive their orders" game.

If you're worried about games selling out and don't mind additional shipping, just place two orders going with the smaller run first. Prepare address in advance, use PayPal, takes <1 minute.

2x5k copies of OWH won't just sell out in a few minutes. I understand being worried after it happened to you before, but let's not get too crazy.

Selling both games in one day is the best solution for everyone. LRG said before that they will try to do this as often as possible, I see no reason to change it now.

It'll be interesting to have a confirmation for the release data though. When will smrpg+vinyl be released? Also what about the missing september announcement?

I can respect both opinions as well but if the two games release on separate dates, I'll have to skip one of them. Money's tight right now and an additional 25$, I could do, but not an additional 40 because of int' shipping.
Well, more copies for you, guys. ^^

The only reason we'd push it would be because we've barely hyped the release at all and I feel like that will backfire with lower sales - especially if people are backing out because they can't maximize shipping and are holding off for OWH.

Ultimately, we need this to sell well for ourselves and the developers - if we feel like we're throwing it out to die, we've got to reconsider the date.

Even if it says Unfulfilled in the orders section? I ordered both games (Rainbow Moon and Shadow Complex) in the same order. Maybe that's why it is taking longer to ship.

Is it a bad thing if it takes a few weeks to sell out? Is selling out quickly part of what constitutes "selling well"? I'm asking because I don't know and I'm genuinely interested and curious.

Longshot here, but does anyone here not care about the stickers/postcards? When I finally got my deadline and soldner copies from my screwed up bundles, it didn't include these and my email to LRG has gone unanswered since I sent it on 8/22. Just seeing if anyone had them and didn't really want them.

I never got shipping confirmation for my soundtrack yet. Hopefully soon, and I'm sure my games will be delivered when I get back to my place.

Got my 2 PS4 games and 1 vita game in an oversized plastic mailer that was too big for it. They could have at least folded the mailer so everything wouldn't be jumping around inside. My Shadow Complex has a dent/gash on the back ;_;

Got Shadow Complex and both versions of Rainbow Moon today. They came in a large bubble mailer instead of the standard small black one.

Luckily everything was safe. Including the stickers and postcards.

They'll fix it

I know it has been considered before, but anything over 2 games shouldn't be shipped in bubble mailers. One fits neatly in a small one, two fit neatly next to each other in a medium one, anything above that just becomes a mess as you have to stack them or they are loose and move around.

Please start using small cardboard boxes for those orders automatically. It'll save you and the customers trouble.

Dates on the site now say Sept 16th for DF and Sept 30th for OWH

I hope the other September game, if it still exists, is on Sept 30 as well then

According to LRG on Twitter, there should be 20 PS4 and 19 Vita LRG games released by the end of the year.

That'd mean another 10 games released for each platform between September and December, if my numbers are correct.

Edit: Just got my Rainbow Moon shipment confirmation.

What. What.

That's like, 5 per month per platform?

I'm all for it, but seriously, I hope there's some stuff I'm not interested in thrown in there, otherwise my wallet can't cope...

edit: Never mind, just read it, he means total. That's more manageable.

Got my Rainbow Moons in the mail! Status is still "unfulfilled" when I checked about the soundtrack, though.

We're moving shipping back in house and scrambling to get that done so we've had to push games back to provide time to do that. September 30th will be OWH, plus another game (Vita + PS4). Really trying to get our client to just announce it already or give me the OK to announce.

What this means is that orders should be handled with care during packaging and should also arrive accurate to what you ordered. You know, exactly what you should expect but haven't gotten during our fulfillment center days. We're aiming to be speedy, but please understand it might take us longer than the fulfillment center.

In other news, Volume will probably be October! Just need to lock an order in with Sony to set the final date.
