That's ok, no biggy. I'm guessing the manufacturer can't reveal this information either due to contracts.

Anyway, if by any chance you get to speak with the manufacturer, maybe you can ask them what is up with those markings.

But don't worry guys, I'll live. Maybe It's my meds messing up today. ;-D

Usually you always have the option of game alone or game + soundtrack, but only 30 of these Breach and Clear franchise bundles exist anyway, so it's a special case. The soundtrack alone doesn't dictate the cost, it's priced high to discourage scalpers.

They commented in the thread earlier, but they are putting a high price on the bundle to curb scalpers. So yeah, you are paying a higher price for the games, but you are being given the bonuses as a bonus for support.

I think everyone has spoke for us on this topic.

It's a special bundle for the franchise and a big deal for us to be including Breach & Clear.

I don't think it's a problem with your package in particular.
I import for at least almost 10 years. During those years I have imported a lot of stuff so I think they have put me on a database and everytime they see my name the package is taxed. Since you put a low value I don't have a problem with having to pay the tax.

It would be nice if in the future we could have a game hold onto with you and having it shipped with a second game released in a later date. This way I would have to go less to the post office and pay just one post office fee (this isn't the tax).

Last week I got the notice regarding my Octodad copy but I decided to wait to see when the Xeodrifter copy would arrive and to see if it was taxed. Yesterday I got this confirmation. Now I will only go to the post office once and pay for parking once but I will have to pay two post office fees because it's two packages.

That doesn't sound very legal. Not familiar with Brazilian legislation, but I doubt they would actually track your mailing activities.

It's admittedly difficult to judge the open order situation with Vblank Entertainment. They could've finally oversaturated the market with their numerous ports on top of several alternative physical editions. Having a quiet reprint announcement with a pre-order system doesn't quite bank upon the same fanaticism like LRG with their floodgate approach as well. I think it would be more interesting to see how "Shovel Knight" performs on the Vita. Either way, I'm happy that I was able to finally secure a PS4 copy without having to resort to second-hand exchange. I can certainly understand someone getting upset over scalped pricing, as I almost pulled the trigger last summer, but it's ultimately left to the consumer to determine whether they should pay the extra hike for an item. If the publisher claimed it would never be reprinted, I totally wouldn't consider it a stretch to see complaints flying their way as a result of heading back to the manufacturer. Otherwise, they have leniency to pursue a new edition. Honestly, I would be ah-okay if LRG re-released previous titles along with developers doing a new run elsewhere if desired. In this case for "Retro City Rampage", collectors could still charge more for the first run with different art limited at 2,000 copies over the latest, available version with a higher print.

I guess I'm somewhat of a romantic with my view of small pressings. I see the rarity as the price to pay to have these titles preserved beyond a hard drive or server system, but I know a business must make financial decisions and game collecting is a strong niche with a deep pocket.

I really hope Rising Star Games can deliver "Fatal Frame V" in the West. It might be an odd situation since they're picking up the slack for NoA, but Europe did receive a physical pressing so the ground work has already been done.

I don't think it is but there isn't a way to prove they do this.
Even the guy at the post office that usually gets my packages and the tax payment said this. He probably doesn't know more than I do but I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

Don't track your packages. Don't check the tracking code and don't include it on tracking apps. I came up with that method and it has worked for me and many other people, although it's not 100%.

This is the first time I'm hearing of this "method".
I always track my packages on the post office website but that's it. Maybe one day I will try this. Thanks!

Yeah, mine was loose too. The box was kinda squished also. Still looked fine but... meh. I blame it on being raped by the customs.
 
Wow just got home and see that my copy of Proteus artifact edition arrived!
 
I just got an email reminding me of the releases tomororw! (Like I didn't know heh)

LRG have been doing a lot more advertising even just through social media sites and such to promote these 2 releases. It actually has me worried, I hope I get copies!
 
Was it announced how many copies there will be of the Soldner-X 2 soundtrack bundle?

Edit: Nevermind, it's in the email from LRG. 500 copies.
 
Long shot here buuuuuuut. I will not have access to the internet for about a week. Soldner-X2 is pretty much the ONLY game I want. But i will miss it. If anyone here is willing to pick me up a copy with NO soundtrack please let me know and I can pay pal the money to you as soon as I get a connection. If not thanks anyway!

The only bundle I am going to try for is the Soldner-X 2 soundtrack bundle. Don’t even plan on going for Breach & Clear: Deadline at all. Don’t have the first one, and not as big on getting this game.
 
Good luck to those aiming for the B&C bundle ! I won't be competing, I'll just try to grab a Söldner 2 and call it a day :D

Btw small question (sorry if it's already been asked) : will I be able to pay via Paypal or is it Credit Card only ? It's my first LRG purchase.
EDIT : well I have spotted a Paypal logo at the bottom of one of the pages, so I have my answer !
 
I was debating picking up Soldner-X2 because I wasn't sure if I was going to like it but I think I'm just gonna order it and see what happens.

This makes my first LRG purchase. :)
