Limited Run Games - Putting digital games into your hands

Where did you find that part about them not being responsible, btw? Because I can't seem to find that phrase in my previous correspondence with them.

I always got a tracking code for registered mail. Something like this: RRxxxxxxxxMY
With the R standing for "registered" and the MY for Malaysia.

Don't think you can track that type of mail in great detail, but you should be able to get a general idea of when it leaves the country of origin, and when it enters yours.

It's in the invoice they sent me to pay for the game:

It sounds like they're tracking it but only within Malaysia, I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I know we always say things like this but success here could easily open the doors for more physical WayForward releases on PS4/Vita. If you're interested in picking up the Shantae games, we'd certainly appreciate it!

I'd love to believe this, but I don't really think there can be that many more WayForward physical releases for Vita. Silent Hill & Shantae are already getting physical releases; Adventure Time got it on other consoles and A Boy and his Blob is published by Majesco.

Wouldn't it be interesting (read: SUPERAWESOMEGREAT) if LMR put out a physical release before there is an digital version online? THAT WOULD SELL LIKE CANDY, and increase the hype a bit.

I think Douglas has said this but I'm just going to echo it - take solace in October just having Shantae. November is really busy for us.

@LimitedRunJosh 4 Vita games slated and 2 PS4 games plus our Black Friday blowout sale.

Need to start saving I think!

4 Vita & 2 PS4 games!

Faaaaaark, seeing as Volume is one, I am already committed... Hoping there is something I don't want in that list for money savings

Okay, now that is exciting.

November is a massive month for me already. Getting Yomawari & Root Letter on October 28th (which is in the same pay month as most of November for me); then Dragon Quest Builders physical version on November 3rd iirc. And then I'm importing SD Gundam G Generation Genesis on 22nd November.

If Steins;Gate 0 releases in November I'm screwed.

As a side note, I wonder what the 4 Vita games are. Assuming it won't be Cosmic Star Heroine & YIIK since I don't think either of them are that close to release; and Nuclear Throne is waiting on the patch. Cylinder & Elephant in the Room we haven't heard anything from in a while, so I don't think it'll be those either since they're still being ported.

Are there any other upcoming games I haven't mentioned?

Maybe my dreams are coming true and November is the month we get an Oddworld game (Munch/Stranger) and an Atelier game (maybe Shallie based on the recent tease, although hopefully something Arland).

Okay, so November will be huge. 4 games (with 1 being Volume, I guess) + Black Friday + standart releases.

Any News on ROM and VA11-Hall A? Maybe they're two of the other three? Would be amazing! And I Hope I can catch a copy of One Way Heroics on Black Friday!

Kinda off-topic, but what will this be about? Was looking into it yesterday but couldn't find any gameplay/info. And will the Japanese import include English text?

Turn based SRPG with Gundams. Bit like Fire Emblem in combat. English/Asian version will be releasing same day as the Japanese release - Play Asia have it here.

The Asian release will include English, the Japanese one probably not.

I only know that it's and RPG of sorts with tiny robots. :D

  • DARIUSBURST Chronicle Saviours (already announced though)
  • Dogos
  • Jamestown+
  • Nano Assault NEO-X

Prismatic Solid is really great. It's been on my LRG wishlist for a while.

Play-Asia's description for the Soldner listing:

Includes Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype - The Last Chapter add-on
Platinum trophy support
PlayStation/Vita TV support
Full Color Manual (English)
10 unique action-loaded levels with fierce boss battles
High definition graphics with 3D backgrounds
Dynamic score-linked difficulty system
Three playerships with distinct characteristics and weapon systems
Complex bullet pattern system
Powerful limit attacks and fourfold chaser system
Console perfect, running at 60fps with next to no load times
Unlockables and rewards offer nearly unlimited replay value
Online high score ranking tables and replay file sharing

I wonder if it's the very same build they developed for the LRG release. I wouldn't be surprised if the manual and stuff like that were identical as well.

Battle Garegga deserves a proper physical release, on a disc.

I'm sure PS4 physical release will happen tho, possibly in a compilation with Dangun Feveron

Idk how I feel about ordering thru these guys, I heard if a game gets lost then they launch an "investigation" before sending you a replacement and it just becomes a huge pain in the ass.

Haven't ordered that often with them, but never had any problem. And the shipping fee is so cheap, it's a pleasure *_*

Guys, I've been hesitating for almost two weeks... And I think I'll pass on Silver Case, even if it pains me. I can't justify paying $65 (or 60€) on a single game, on PC :/
I hope it sells 100k units in order to finance a ps4/Vita port ;)

The main reason I decided to roll the dice was because of how cheap the shipping was. Also saw RE Origins Collection and Muramasa Rebirth for cheap and couldn't resist.

@LimitedRunGames

As someone who uses Henkaku on Vita (Retroarch is amazing) I have to ask:
Will any future LRG Vita releases require 3.61 Firmware?

Just got the two latest Vita releases from LRG, my collection is complete until November!

I'm starting to get worried. My games were sent to the US export warehouse 2 weeks ago and I haven't got an update since. On the order before this one they were scanned there 1 week after they were sent.

Same for me. I've gotten used to items spending one month in customs on its way to Canada at this point so I've stopped worrying or caring tbh. My backlog can handle it.

I think the tracking is just total crap. I've had games arrive while they were still shown as being in transit in the US.
