Pretty sure non-user streams, you need a premium account after x happens. X being something I can't remember atm(it's probably on the website ). Either if it's popular, an official channel(aka-non use channel), it restricts your time to view it, or w/e the cause is. I don't know how it's setup really since I have a premium account now lol.

But there are usually ways around it like just refreshing or going back to the channel(usually works) or use the mobile app. Again, it's been a while but I remember doing those two methods to get around it.

I don't know about being the savior of JRPGs, but it sure would feel at home on my Vita with its little brothers/sisters: Persona, P2:EP, P2:IS, P3, and P4:G! ;-)

Given how JRPG's struggled so much during last gen, i'd prefer for it to be on a platform that's safe. So the Vita would really be the best place for it. The userbase is already there waiting for it, so they'd have no worries about how it'd perform. After that the PS3 would be the next safest choice. Then the next-gen platforms after that.

I imagine P5 Vita would do well but the safest platform is PS3. Besides the large userbase, have you seen the way the Tales of Xillia games have sold? A major hyped JRPG like P5 would do really well in Japan, and PS3 is more viable in the West than Vita.

I can see them going for PS4 to get a head start next gen instead of lagging behind like this one but PS3 is still probably the safest choice.
