This is utterly fucking ridiculous. You'd think they'd plan a worldwide launch better than this tripe.

For instance, how many Demon's Souls did they have in stock? 1?! Between how many thousands of members? Ludicrous :lol

Site is a tiny bit stabler now, since everyone left in frustration :lol But I thought this wasn't the official launch? Screw this, I need more ways to get more points. Its gonna be sad when they up the points you need and a PS3 Slim is like 6750 points :(
 
Fuck Lockerz. I'm not fucking with this site anymore. Swag Bucks is what's good. They ALWAYS have their things in stock and it's easier for me. I tried to believe Lockerz was great, but I was wrong.

If you don't know what SwagBucks is, to keep it simple, it's a search engine that rewards its users with SwagBucks, currency on their site that can be used to purchase an array of things. There are 5 main ways to get Swagbucks:

-Searching on their search engine (DL their toolbar, it makes it a lot easier) will get you 1-10 swag bucks on random searches. The most common way. On average you can get 2-4 SB's a day.

-"Swag Codes," if you have the tool bar then during certain times of the day "TheSwagGuy" will give out codes worth 1 swag buck.

-Shopping, if you shop online, there are certain sites that if you click through swagbucks you get 1 swagbuck for each $5 you spend, sites include the itunes store, gamestop, jr.com, dell.com, walmart, and more.

-The biggest way, referrals. When you refer someone, when they earn a Swagbuck through Swagbucks search engine (aka searching) you earn it as well, so if you can invite 10 friends and they can get 10 swagbucks then that's 100 for you.

-When you redeem a prize, if you post a vid of it through youtube and give the link to Swagbucks, they will give you SB's, not to mention getting referrals from any Youtube viewers that you show it's legit.

Welp, I got through a couple of times but by the time I got the a product page everything was gone. I guess I'll try back for the 9pm restock.

But how long does it take to amass enough points to get something? I'm thinking games, consoles, etc.? I know its all free and all, but if it takes roughly a year to get a discount game, I'm hesitant.

Despite our best efforts, the 6pm posting of prizes was a deeply flawed experience for various parts of our membership across the world.

We've added tremendous capacity and yet telling the world when we were posting appeared to invite disaster on the performance side. It made you nuts. It made us MORE nuts.

So, in addition to the next three posts today/tomorrow---we are going to do ANOTHER full redemption at the SAME PTZ LEVEL (no raise at all) sometime in the coming weeks.

We are not going to release the date, until the day of the redemption, to try and avoid today's craziness. We'll restock the same items multiple times at the same PTZ levels for all members globally, giving everyone a chance to save up and get on without the refreshers ruling the day.

Of course, we're still going strong with this redemption three more times over the next 24 hours (at the previously published times)---but we want to do something special and try a different posting strategy to improve performance in the next few weeks.

It will be a long night for us here and we'll continue to work hard to make our membership feel valued and as importantly, to respect and value one another.

I've been on the site for 3 weeks. Gotten people to join. I have 670 Swag Bucks.

670 Swagbucks = Roughly $75 in Amazon gift cards that you can redeem any time you want (In $5 Incriments, 45 Swagbucks per Gift Card). You do the math. I'm thinking of getting an iPod Shuffle or maybe saving up as I gain more Swagbucks every day.

THREE more prize posts to go over next 18 hours. Last one was ROUGH for sure with traffic overloads and very spotty availability. Plus, we're taking ALL of your suggestions (except the sketchy ones :-) and rolling them into a November massive prize posting at the SAME PTZ levels.

Maybe i'll change my mind, but i'm not gonna blow 50 pts or 100 on what they have now. then i'll have a point advantage to people spending and might be the first to get something gud.

You know, it would make things a lot easier if they stocked more of what people want. For example, if I have 700 points, I should be able to click something that makes sure there's going to be a PS3 for me come restocking time.

It's bullshit that I clicked to redeem my points for killzone but because of the slowness I was unable to finish it so I missed out once again.

EDIT: I see stuff is in stock now. DSi, PS3 Slim, the whole shabangabang. Also, why does it keep saying I can earn up to 10 PTZ per day doing dailies, even though I can't? Can I?

And does this Swagbucks thing work like a pyramid? In the sense that if I invite like 20 people, I'll keep getting my own swagbucks, plus the sum of all of their swagbucks as they earn them?

Absolutely. I was tempted to get something stupid, but I'm getting a T-shirt anyway. I'll just save for a PS3, or maybe something else, like a laptop.

But fuck, I'm not going to get anything if they don't improve their servers.
