If you don't live in America, you can still get the points and what not. The wordwide launch is on the 15th. Yes, people have received prizes. And if you want an invite, you're going to have to PM your email to me or any other Gaffer for the invite.

I'm tempted to just create a bunch of emails and invite them to get to z lister status. How would they be able to tell if I were to to this?

There is no limit on invites. Only limit is you can only send 50 a day.

BTW, I just got my email to confirm my shipping information for my T-Shirt. I should get it within the week :)

I'm not sure how, they probably have some sort of IP detection first, and then some backup measures, like going through to check if the e-mails are from a legit site, or if someone got quite a few e-mails in a row very quickly. I'm not quite sure but they do mention they have a way to detect if you do that or not.
 
they could check IPs, swagbucks is able to detect it. if anything create a whole bunch and have your friends sign up using those emails for you.

IP doesn't work, because each family member is allowed to have an account.

However if there are account that just signed up and never did anything after that, there is suspicion.

They're refreshing (and going global, or shipping to places not in America) on the 15th IIRC. They sell out of anything good pretty quickly, so once you get enough points for something it's wise to just refresh the prizes page over and over on the day they say they're going to get new stock in.
 
damn, looks like they have some pretty awesome stuff can't wait till I have enough points to actually try and get something :lol

Due to the scarcity of gifts it's more a contest on wether you get lucky enough to claim a good prize. This is no different than those ad pop-ups where they give away just enough ipods or whatever so they can 'legitimize' themselves.

This site is a fucking stroke of genius. I can imagine people continuing to visit the site on a daily basis for months answering polls hoping that the next time they're going to get a prize. Meanwhile all that time they're collecting marketing data.
 
So, I didn't get credit for my sign up, game, or oct 10th question. I know one of you said display error, but it instantly said I have 4 points after today's question. meh.
